REGISTRATION NUMBER 2004/002282/06 IN TERMS OF SECTION 45(5) OF THE
COMPANIES ACT, NO 71 OF 2008
Notice is hereby given as required in terms of section 45(5) of the Act
that the board of Nutritional Holdings has resolved in terms of section
45(2) of the Act to authorize Nutritional Holdings to provide financial
assistance to persons who are related or inter-related to Nutritional
Holdings.
Financial assistance for the purpose of this resolution, refers to loans to
subsidiary companies as well as the cross suretyship by and between
subsidiary companies.
