POSTING OF CIRCULAR AND NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING
INTRODUCTION
Ideco shareholders ("Shareholders") are referred to the announcement
released on SENS on 4 November 2011 ("the Announcement") regarding the
proposed disposal by Ideco of its shares in and claims against Ideco
Biometric Security Solutions (Proprietary) Limited ("the Disposal").
Shareholders are hereby advised that a circular containing full details of
the Disposal and incorporating a notice of general meeting ("the Circular")
was posted to Shareholders today, Thursday, 17 November 2011.
NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING
As per the Announcement, the general meeting of Shareholders in relation to
the Disposal will be held at Ideco`s business address, Merton House, Eton
Office Park East, 17 Harrison Avenue, Epsom Downs, Bryanston, Johannesburg
on Thursday, 15 December 2011 at 12:00, to consider and, if deemed fit, to
pass the resolutions as set out in the notice of general meeting, attached
to, and forming part of, the Circular.
IMPORTANT DATES AND TIMES
The important dates and times relating to the Disposal as set out in the
timetable included in the Announcement have not changed.
