APPOINTMENT TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited`s Listings Requirements, the
board of Afdawn is pleased to advise that Willem Jakobus Groenewald (also
known as Jacques Groenewald) has been appointed as a non-executive director
of the company with effect from 17 November 2011.
Jacques holds a B Com (Hons) from the University of Stellenbosch. He is an
investment professional in the asset management , investment banking and
hedge funds industry with 18 years experience.
The board welcomes Mr Groenewald and looks forward to a long and fruitful
working relationship.
