RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The annual general meeting of Pinnacle shareholders was held on Friday,
18 November 2011. All the special and ordinary resolutions as set out in
the notice of annual general meeting to shareholders, dated 12 October
2011, were approved by the requisite majority of shareholders. The
special resolutions will be filed with the Companies and Intellectual
Property Commission in due course.
