DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE VOD SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for VODACOM GROUP
LIMITED and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to
VODACOM GROUP LIMITED (VOD). The Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust
have declared a dividend amount of 260 cents per VODNNF share instalment
that is payable on Monday, 05 December 2011.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 25 November 2011. The share
instalment will commence trading ex-dividend from Monday, 28 November 2011
and the record date is Friday 02 December 2011.
