DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE ANG SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for ANGLOGOLD ASHANTI
LIMITED ORDINARY SHARES (ANG) and that as a result of the dividend declaration
relating to ANGLOGOLD ASHANTI LIMITED ORDINARY SHARES (ANG)Trustees of the Share
Instalment have declared a dividend amount of 90 cents per ANGNIH share
instalment that is payable on Friday, 09 December 2011.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 25 November 2011. The share
instalment will commence trading ex-dividend from Monday, 28 November 2011
and the record date is Friday, 02 December 2011.
