DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE SPP SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for SPAR GROUP LIMITED and
that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to SPAR GROUP LIMITED
(SPP). The Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared a dividend
amount of 235 cents per SPPNIH share instalment that is payable on Monday, 05
December 2011.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 25 November 2011. The Share
Instalment will commence trading ex-dividend from Monday, 28 November 2011 the
record date will be Friday, 02 December 2011.
