APPOINTMENT OF FINANCIAL DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(a) and 3.84(g) of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, the board of IFA is pleased to announce the appointment of
Cornelius J Schutte as Financial Director of the Company with effect from 17
November 2011.
Mr Schutte is a Chartered Accountant and has served as the Company`s Senior
Financial Controller and Company Secretary since 1 June 2010.
