BLOCK LISTING APPLICATION
Further to the announcement released on 16 November 2011, regarding the block
listing application that has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the
London Stock Exchange for such block listed shares to be admitted to trading,
in each case when issued, the Company summarises below the share incentive
plans to which the block listing application applies:
