RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
the Board of Directors hereby announces the resignation of Ms. Sirkien van
Schalkwyk as company secretary with immediate effect. The Company`s financial
director, Mr. Evan Badenhorst, will fulfil the role of company secretary until a
new appointment has been made which appointment will be duly communicated to
shareholders. The Board would like to thank Sirkien for her valued
contributions and wish her well in her future endeavours.
