CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
the board of directors of IFCA ("the Board") hereby notifies its shareholders
that Mr Alan Bruens has been appointed as Financial Director with effect from 16
January 2012.
Alan, a Chartered Accountant by profession, has vast operational and financial
experience in capital raising, the listed environment and private equity. An
entrepreneurial and strategic thinker with business exposure in both South
Africa and Africa, the Board believes he will add value to the Board and will
complement the Company`s intended strategy.
The Board welcomes Alan and looks forward to his contribution to the Company.
