APPOINTMENT TO THE BOARD
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, HAHL is
pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Suleman Badat (CA (SA)) to the
board of directors as an independent non-executive director, with effect
from 21 November 2011. Mr. Badat will in addition to his appointment to the
main Board join the Audit Committee as a member.
Mr. Badat has been operating as an independent consultant specialising in
corporate governance, internal audit and risk management advisory services
since 2006. His appointment strengthens the Company`s commitment to good
corporate governance and we look forward to working with him in fulfilling
these responsibilities.
