TRADING STATEMENT
In terms of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, companies are
required to publish a trading statement as soon as they become reasonably
certain that the financial results for the period to be reported on will
differ by more than 20% from that of the previous corresponding period.
Ideco is currently finalising its results for the year ended 31 August
2011.
Shareholders are advised that the loss per share will be approximately 0,47
cents per share compared to a loss of 3,41 cents per share for the year
ended 31 August 2010. The headline loss per share will be approximately
0,25 cents per share for the year ended 31 August 2011 compared to the
headline loss of 3,39 cents per share for the year ended 31 August 2010.
The reviewed results will be published on 30 November 2011.
The directors believe that a solid foundation has been laid for long-term
sustainable growth and remain confident of the company`s growth prospects.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not
been reviewed by the company`s auditors.
