Shareholders are advised that all of the ordinary and special resolutions
proposed at the AGM of Morvest held today, 22 November 2011, were approved
by the requisite number of shareholders. The special resolutions, where
applicable, will be filed with the Companies and Intellectual Property
Commission in due course.
