CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with rule 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, shareholders are hereby advised of the following changes to the
board of directors of IQuad, with effect from Wednesday, 16 November
2011:
Resignation:
Mr. PN de Waal, Mr. M Edas and Miss S Totaram resign as non-executive
directors.
The board wishes to thank Mr de Waal, Mr Edas and Miss Totaram for their
contributions during their tenure as directors of the Company and wish
them well with their future endeavours.
Appointments:
Mr. RDEB Sassoon appointed as a non-executive director. Mr Sassoon has
been CEO of Sasfin Holdings Limited since 1979. Mr Sassoon has many
years of banking experience as well as factoring, leasing and export
shipping.
Mr. TD Soondarjee appointed as a non-executive director. Mr Soondarjee
is financial director of Sasfin Holdings Limited. Mr Soondarjee holds a
CA(SA) designation and a BCompt Honours degree and has over 30 years
experience in professional services and banking industries.
The board welcomes the appointment of Messrs Sassoon and Soondarjee and
looks forward to their positive contributions.
