CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE
Limited, the board of directors of The Don ("the Board") hereby notifies
its shareholders that Mr Hatla Ntene has been appointed as an independent
non-executive director with effect from 21 November 2011.
Hatla holds a diploma in Civil Engineering and has over 25 years experience
in the property industry.
The Board welcomes Hatla and looks forward to his contribution to the
Company.
