Shareholders are advised that at today`s annual general meeting all the
resolutions set out in the notice and proposed at the meeting were passed by
the requisite majority of shareholders.
The general meeting has been adjourned until 17 February 2011.

submitted to the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission in due
course.
