The circumstances relating to this dealing were as follows:
- on about 26 October 2011, Mr Salkow pre-booked a block trade of up to 5
million shares at a price of 199 cents each;
- as announced on 27 October 2011, 4 659 474 of these shares traded;
- the remaining shares did not trade and as a result of an oversight, the
pre-booked instruction was not cancelled in respect of the remaining
shares prior to the company`s closed period which commenced on 1
November 2011; and
- as a result, when the company`s share price reached 199 cents today, the
shares traded.
Mr Salkow as Chairman and founding member of Ellies remains fully committed
to the company and this trade should not be viewed or interpreted as Mr
Salkow taking a view on Ellies.
