RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that at the Massmart Annual General Meeting held at
08:30 on Wednesday, 23 November 2011, the requisite majority of shareholders
passed all the ordinary resolutions and the special resolution, as set out in
the notice of annual general meeting dated 5 October 2011.
Shareholders holding 89.57% of the voting rights were represented at the annual
general meeting.
