WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement issued on 8 October
2011 and are advised that, following the release of the reviewed provisional
financial results on 17 October 2011 and the subsequent reclassification
thereof on 14 November 2011, shareholders no longer need to exercise caution
when dealing with the shares of RARE in relation to the prior cautionary
announcement.
