UNAUDITED PRO FORMA FINANCIAL EFFECTS AND WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY
ANNOUNCEMENT
1. INTRODUCTION
Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement on the 14 October 2011
regarding the acquisition by Alawill Investments (Pty) Limited, a wholly
owned subsidiary of Gooderson, as a going concern, the hotel business and
assets, the timeshare property and assets as well as other specified
assets of the Kloppenheim Country Estate from Fabcos Property Four
(Proprietary) Limited as represented by HCI Limited.
2. UNAUDITED PRO FORMA FINANCIAL EFFECTS OF THE ACQUISITION
The pro forma financial effect on the net assets and net tangible assets
per share are below 3% and are considered insignificant.
3. WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Caution is no longer required to be exercised by shareholders when
dealing in their Gooderson`s securities.
Shareholders will be notified once the acquisition becomes unconditional.
