DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE INP SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for INVESTEC PLC LIMITED
ORDINARY SHARES (INP) and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating
to INVESTEC PLC LIMITED ORDINARY SHARES (INP)the Trustees of the Share
Instalment Trust have declared a dividend amount of 103 cents per INPNIH share
instalment that is payable on Tuesday, 20 December 2011.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 02 December 2011. The share
instalment will commence trading ex-dividend from Monday, 05 December 2011 and
the record date will be Friday, 09 December 2011.
