RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Metair shareholders ("Shareholders") are referred to the cautionary
announcement published on SENS on 14 October 2011 and in the press on 15
October 2011, wherein they were advised that the Company has entered into
negotiations for the acquisition of a controlling interest in a complementary
business ("the Transaction") which, if successfully concluded, may have a
material effect on the price of the Company`s securities.
Shareholders are advised that negotiations pertaining to the Transaction are
progressing well but that final terms of the Transaction have not yet been
agreed.
Accordingly, Shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when
dealing in the Company`s securities until a further announcement in this
regard is made.
