In accordance with Listing Rule 12.6.4 Capital Shopping Centres Group PLC
announces that, on 25 November 2011, 1,050,000 ordinary shares of 50p each
were transferred for nil consideration to the trustees of the Company`s
Employee Share Ownership Plan for use in connection with future employee
share awards. The shares were formerly held as treasury shares.
Following the above transfer, Capital Shopping Centres Group PLC no longer
holds any ordinary shares in treasury and has in issue a total of
860,347,169 ordinary shares of 50p each.
