Shareholders are referred to the announcement relating to the acquisition of a
52% interest in Central Systems Proprietary Limited by Basil Read (the
"Acquisition") released on the Securities Exchange News Service on Wednesday, 7
September 2011 and are advised that negotiations regarding the finalisation and
execution of the definitive documentation relating to the Acquisition have been
terminated. Shareholders are advised that caution is no longer required to be
exercised by shareholders when dealing in their securities.
