RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING AND FULFILMENT OF ALL CONDITIONS
Unitholders are advised that at the general meeting of Capital unitholders
held on Friday, 25 November 2011, the resolution relating to the disposal
of Boardwalk Shopping Centre by Capital to Resilient Property Income Fund
Limited ("the transaction") contained in the circular to unitholders dated
28 October 2011 ("the circular") was passed by the requisite majority, with
the result that the transaction is now unconditional.
In addition, the special resolution to approve a general authority to
repurchase Capital units, which was detailed in the circular, was passed by
the requisite majority.
