UPDATE REGARDING TRANSFER OF BLOED STREET MALL
Unitholders are referred to the audited results announcement for the year ended
31 August 2011 released on the Securities Exchange News Services of the JSE
Limited ("SENS") on 7 November 2011 in which they were advised that the transfer
of Bloed Street Mall was delayed and that registration of transfer was expected
to take place by no later than the end of November 2011.
The company is pleased to advise that registration of transfer of Bloed Street
Mall to Rebosis was effected on 25 November 2011.
