DECLARATION OF DIVIDEND NUMBERS 152 AND 153 ON THE 6% CUMULATIVE PARTICIPATING
PREFERENCE SHARES
Notice is hereby given that cash dividend number 152 on the 6% cumulative
participating preference shares ("preference shares") for the six months ending
31 December 2011 at the rate of 6% per annum, (6 cents per preference share),
together with cash dividend number 153, being the participation dividend of
24,5% (49 cents per preference share) will be paid on Tuesday, 27 December 2011
to all preference shareholders recorded in the register of the company at the
close of business on Friday, 23 December 2011.
The salient dates of the preference dividend are as follows:

Shares trade ex-dividend Monday, 19 December 2011
