Shareholders of Metrofile are advised that Mr Leon Thompson has resigned as
Company Secretary, with immediate effect, so as to focus on his role as the
General Manager for the Pretoria Metrofile Records Management division. The
Board thanks Mr Thompson for his contribution over the past years and welcomes
Mrs Paige Atkins who has been appointed as Company Secretary with effect from 28
November 2011.
