TRADING STATEMENT
In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, a listed company is
required to publish a trading statement as soon as it becomes aware that the
financial results for the next period to be reported on will vary by 20% or more
from those of the previous corresponding period.
Shareholders are therefore accordingly advised that a reasonable degree of
certainty exists that for the financial results for the six months ended 31
August 2011, the loss per share and headline loss per share is expected to be
between 0.50 cents and 0.56 cents compared to earnings per share and headline
earnings per share of 0.40 cents in the previous corresponding period.
Shareholders are further advised that a reasonable degree of certainty exists
that the net asset value per share for the six months ended 31 August 2011 is
expected to be between 5.6 cents and 11.4 cents when compared to the net asset
value per share of 29.3 cents in the previous corresponding period.
This financial information has not been reviewed and reported on by the auditors
of m Cubed. The unaudited results for the six months ended 31 August 2011, will
be published on or about 30 November 2011.
