DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE ABL SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for AFRICAN BANK
INVESTMENTS LIMITED - ORDINARY SHARES (ABL) and that as a result of the
dividend declaration relating to AFRICAN BANK INVESTMENTS LIMITED -
ORDINARY SHARES (ABL)) the Trustees of the Share Instalment have declared a
dividend amount of 100 cents per ABLNIF share instalment that is payable on
Monday, 19 December 2011.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Thursday, 08 December 2011. The share
instalment will commence trading ex-dividend from Friday, 09 December 2011
and the record date is Thursday, 15 December 2011.
