NOTICE OF SECOND DISTRIBUTION TO LINKED UNITHOLDERS
Notice is hereby given that an interest distribution of 0.11455 cents per linked
unit has been declared payable in cash to linked unitholders recorded in the
share register of the Company at the close of business on Friday, 23 December
2011. This is the second distribution to linked unitholders of the Company.
Linked unitholders` attention is drawn to the following important dates:
2011
Last day to trade: Thursday, 15 December
Date trading commences ex distribution: Monday, 19 December
Record date for payment of the cash distribution: Friday, 23 December
Date of payment of cash distribution: Tuesday, 27 December
Linked units may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between Monday, 19
December 2011 and Friday, 23 December 2011, both dates inclusive. Any changes
in the above dates will be announced on SENS.
