ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE SPECIFIC REPURCHASE OF ORDINARY SHARES IN BLUE LABEL
In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008, and
regulation 121(2)(b) of the Companies Regulations, 2011 ("the Regulations"), the
holders of ordinary shares in Blue Label are hereby advised that Blue Label has
acquired 91,851,852 ordinary shares in its ordinary share capital from Microsoft
Corporation, representing 11.99% of the Blue Label ordinary shares in issue
prior to the specific repurchase.
