Appointment of a Director
Firestone Energy Limited (ASX / JSE : FSE) ("Firestone" or the "Company")
is pleased to announce that as foreshadowed in its announcement on 25
November 2011, Tim Tebeila, Executive Chairman of Sekoko Resources Pty
Limited, the Company`s major shareholder, has been appointed as a director
of the Company.
Sekoko Resources is a South African based black-owned energy and minerals
company developing coal, magnetite iron ore and platinum group metals
greenfields projects.
Mr Tebeila is a trustee on the Board of Business Unity South Africa (BUSA),
which is a voice of organised business in South Africa. In 2011 he was
appointed as the President of the National Federated Chamber of Commerce
(NAFCOC). Mr. Tebeila has a successful career spanning more than 20 years,
incorporating insurance broking, real estate development and building
construction. His career also includes the establishment and development
of Tebcon Developers into the largest black contracting firm in Limpopo by
1997.
Mr. Tebeila holds specialized qualifications in marketing, business
management, mining and minerals from the University of Limpopo.

Sekoko Resources (Pty) Ltd is a South African-based black-owned energy and
minerals company developing the coal, magnetite iron ore and PGMs Projects
in the Limpopo Province of South Africa. This includes a significant
exploration program and development of the Waterberg Coal Joint Venture
Project based on significant Coal Zone Resources. Sekoko is targeting to
commence operations in 2012, thus forming the basis for developing a global

mine which is a substantial metallurgical coal deposit.

substantial contribution to the social and economic development of the
Lephalale area and South Africa.
