NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the condensed annual financial statements for
the year ended 31 August 2011, forming part of JD Group`s integrated report,
will be dispatched to shareholders today.
The Company will not be publishing an abridged report as the annual
financial statements contain no modifications to the audited results
published on Monday, 14 November 2011. Those results and the annual
financial statements were audited by JD Group`s auditors, Deloitte & Touche,
whose report is available for inspection at JD Group`s registered office. A
set of the Company`s complete annual financial statements as well as its
integrated report will be published on the JD Group website, at
www.jdgroup.co.za.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting (the "AGM") of the
Company`s shareholders will be held in the David Sussman Auditorium, Ground
Floor, JD House, 27 Stiemens Street, Braamfontein, Johannesburg on Thursday,
16 February 2012 at 08h00 to transact business as stated in the notice of
the AGM which forms part of the JD Group integrated report. Shareholders are
encouraged to attend the AGM.
