Posting of Ingenuity`s annual report and details of the annual general meeting
In compliance with section 3.22 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
information regarding the annual report and annual general meeting is set out
below.
Annual report
Further to Ingenuity`s abridged audited consolidated results for the year ended
31 August 2011, published on 7 November 2011, the annual report was posted
today. The annual report contains no modifications to the aforementioned
published results.
Annual general meeting
The annual general meeting of the shareholders of Ingenuity will be held at
Suite 102, First Floor, Intaba, 25 Protea Road, Claremont, Cape Town on Friday,
27 January 2012 at 09h00, to transact the business as stated in the notice of
the annual general meeting forming part of the annual report.
