Shareholders are advised that Austro`s annual report, incorporating the audited
financial statements for the year ended 31 August 2011, was dispatched to
shareholders and contains no changes to the reviewed consolidated financial
results which were announced on 17 November 2011.
The annual report contains a notice of annual general meeting, which will be
held at the offices of the company at 1125 Leader Avenue, Stormill Ext 4,
Roodepoort, Gauteng on 25 January 2012 at 10h00.
