UPDATE ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the update announcement released on SENS dated 17 August 2011,
shareholders are hereby updated as follows:
1 The audited financial results for the year ended 31 December 2010 could not
be released on 18 October 2011 due to the accounting issues surrounding the
acquisition of Comwezi Security Services (Pty) Limited ("Comwezi") not been
resolved. This matter is receiving priority attention by the Company`s
advisors in order to resolve the outstanding issues.
2 The annual reports in respect of 2009 and 2010 could not be posted to
shareholders on 7 November 2011 due to the issues surrounding the
acquisition of Comwezi.
3 Accordingly, the annual general meeting of shareholders scheduled to be
held on 7 December 2011 will not take place.
4 Application to the JSE Limited to uplift the suspension of the Command
shares on 10 November 2011 could not take place.
Shareholders will be advised as soon as the issues surrounding the accounting
issues in relation to the acquisition of Comwezi have been resolved.
