* Nobuntu Investments (Pty) Ltd ("Nobuntu"), is a Hospitality empowerment
investment structure. As a consequence of the imminent expiry of the structure`s
lending arrangement with Absa Bank Limited ("Absa"), the shareholders of Nobuntu
agreed with Absa, to facilitate the sale of the 5 000 000 HPA linked units owned
by Nobuntu. The proceeds from the sale will be used foremost to settle
Nobuntu`s indebtedness to Absa.
# M B Madumise and G A Nelson have indirect interests in Nobuntu amounting to
10,58% and 6,05% respectively.
