RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

shareholders are hereby advised the Mr Cedric Greenwood has resigned as a
director of the Company with effect from 28th November 2011.
The board wishes to thank Mr Greenwood for his contributions during his tenure
as director and wish him well with his future endeavours.
