FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT PERTAINING TO THE OFFER AND DELISTING OF
ANGLORAND HOLDINGS LIMITED
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 1
November 2011, being the results announcement of the extraordinary general
meeting and the circular dated
29 September 2011 wherein the Company announced its intention to request
shareholders to approve the delisting of its cumulative preference shares
from the JSE List.
Shareholders are accordingly, informed that all conditions precedent have
been fulfilled.
Shareholders are advised further that the following dates are still
applicable in respect the offer:

Last day to trade in order to be eligible to accept Thursday, 8 December
the offer
Preference shares suspended at commencement of Friday, 9 December
trade
Record date of the offer Thursday, 15 December
Dematerialised shareholders who have accepted the Monday, 19 December
offer will have their accounts credited within 6
days of receipt by the transfer secretaries with
the latest payment being made on or about
Certificated shareholders who have accepted the Monday, 19 December
offer will have their accounts credited within 6
days of receipt by the transfer secretaries once
the offer becomes unconditional, with the latest
payment being made on or about
Termination of listing of the preference shares Tuesday, 20 December
from commencement of business
