CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
the board of directors of QPG hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr Richard
Bendel has been appointed as a non-executive director, with effect from 1
December 2011.
Richard is a qualified Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in
manufacturing, property and financial services. After completing his
traineeship at Grant Thornton, he spent 3 years as the Financial Director of the
local division of an international manufacturing company. Thereafter he was
appointed as the Financial Director of what was to become the largest auction
company in South Africa. Since leaving this position Richard has been involved
in the management of a number of different businesses and also provides
consulting services to a number of different companies.
