REPORT ON THE PROCEEDINGS AT THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At the first annual general meeting of the shareholders of RMI Holdings
held on 2 December 2011, all of the ordinary and special resolutions
proposed at the meeting were approved by the requisite majority of votes.
The special resolutions will be filed in due course with the Companies
and Intellectual Property Commission.
