REPORT ON PROCEEDINGS AT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At the 24th (twenty fourth) annual general meeting of the shareholders of RMB
Holdings held on 2 December 2011, all of the ordinary and special resolutions
proposed at the meeting were approved by the requisite majority of votes.
The special resolutions will be filed in due course with the Companies and
Intellectual Property Commission.
