REDEFINE PROPERTIES LIMITED CORPORATE ACTION- HOT ENHANCED DIVIDEND SECURITIES
("HOTEDS")
As a result of the Redefine Properties Limited ("RDF") corporate action
announcement made on Thursday the 1st December 2011, whereby holders will
receive the following, on 19 December 2011 (Payment Date):
For every 31.70889 RDF securities held on 8 December 2011 (Last day to Trade):
1 new Arrowhead Properties Limited A Linked unit ("AWA"); and
1 new Arrowhead Properties Limited B Linked unit ("AWB")
RDF holders who hold 31.70889 or less units will have their proportionate
entitlement to Arrowhead Linked Units sold on their behalf for cash in the
auction on 9 December 2011.
In line with this action, Investec Bank Ltd as Calculation Agent of the RDFIHD
will utilise the proceeds of the AWA and AWB units to amend the terms and
conditions, which will be announced on 12 December 2011, of the RDFIHD to keep
holders in the same economic position as prior to the adjustment.
Notwithstanding the above, upon the occurrence of a possible Stop-Loss Event, on
or before 8 December 2011 (Last day to Trade), the HOTEDS will automatically
lapse with the Holder thereof being entitled to receive the Rebate. The Listing
of this Issue will automatically terminate and the Holder shall, as of that
date, have no claim against the Issuer for delivery of the Underlying Parcel or
to any further dividends in respect of the Underlying Parcel.
