Shareholders are referred to previous announcements regarding the proposed
acquisition by Intertrading of ConnectNet ("the proposed acquisition"), the last
announcement being included in the company`s unaudited interim results published
on 29 November 2011.
As certain of the conditions precedent have not been fulfilled, shareholders are
advised that the parties have agreed not to proceed with the proposed
acquisition.
