Following the announcement to shareholders on 1 December 2011 the Company
advises that the circular to shareholders relating to the cash offer by Sun
International Limited, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Sun International
(South Africa) Limited ("SISA"), to RAH shareholders to acquire all of the RAH
shares, that SISA does not already own, for a cash consideration of 422 cents
per RAH share, has been posted to shareholders today.
