Following the announcement to shareholders on 1 December 2011 the Company
advises that the circular to shareholders relating to the cash offer by Sun
International Limited, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Sun
International (South Africa) Limited ("SISA"), to RAH shareholders to
acquire all of the RAH shares, that SISA does not already own, for a cash
consideration of 422 cents per RAH share, has been posted to shareholders
today.
The circular has been approved by the JSE and TRP and accordingly the cash
offer is unconditional.
