FINAL UPDATE REGARDING DISPOSAL OF 47 065 916 COMMON SHARES IN THE SHARE
CAPITAL OF FIRST URANIUM CORPORATION
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on the Securities
Exchange News Services of the JSE Limited on 2 November 2011.
Further to that announcement, shareholders of Village are advised that
Village`s remaining 13 556 737 common shares in First Uranium Corporation
("FIU") (being the FIU shares beneficially owned by Village following the sale
and cession of 47 065 916 common shares in FIU from Village to AngloGold
Ashanti Limited ("AngloGold")) which were subject to a lock-up until 30
November 2011, unless a firm intention to proceed with the acquisition of the
entire issued share capital of FIU by AngloGold was announced by that date,
are no longer subject to the lock-up as no firm intention to proceed with the
acquisition of the entire issued share capital of FIU by AngloGold was
announced by 30 November 2011.
