Notice is hereby given that the following dates are of importance with
regard to the possible distribution by the STANLIB Exchange Traded Fund
("ETF") to holders of the STANLIBSX ETF securities for the quarter
ending 31 December 2011.
Last day to trade "cum" distribution Thursday, 22 December 2011
Securities trade "ex" distribution Friday, 23 December 2011
Record date Friday, 30 December 2011
No dematerialisation or rematerialisation may take place between Friday,
23 December 2011 and Friday, 30 December 2011, both days inclusive.
Declaration of the amount to be distributed, if any, and the payment
date will be made 14 (fourteen) business days after the record date.
